Job summary

CaptivateIQ is hiring a GTM Engineer to design, build, and maintain agentic GTM motions that generate pipeline at scale. You’ll deploy agents that book meetings and create pipeline while building a shared knowledge layer for all GTM agents across Marketing, BDRs, and AEs.

This builder role emphasizes fast learning, experimentation, and shipping in an evolving AI-powered GTM landscape. Prior hands-on work with AI agents and martech stacks is highly valued, with a focus on measurable pipeline

Qualifications

• You’ve vibe-coded something interesting.
• Demonstrated projects using AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot), Clay, or similar martech tools.
• Domain experience in GTM Engineering, Sales/Marketing ops, or Revenue Ops with hands-on automation experience.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to instrument experiments and iterate quickly.
• Excellent written communication for templates, prompts, and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize automated outbound sequences with agentic workflows at scale.
• Collaborate with marketing and GTM teams to generate pipeline from agentic motions end to end.
• Build and maintain a shared context system powering agents across Marketing, BDRs, and AEs.
• Deploy automations that multiply BDR and AE effectiveness and improve activity metrics.
• Instrument sequence performance and translate results into an experimentation roadmap.
• Align agentic motions with target segments, campaigns, and the buyer journey.
• Evaluate, integrate, and maintain tech stack for agentic GTM at scale.
