Job summary

Apollo.io is seeking a Senior Manager for the Finance & Strategy team to partner with the go-to-market organization, owning revenue forecasting and long-range planning. You will model investments and assess outcomes across self-serve and rep-driven motions, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps.

You will build rigorous financial models, deliver insights to senior leadership, and influence cross-functional decisions with executive-ready analysis and data-driven storytelling.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategic or corporate finance with high-growth exposure.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to build bespoke financial models.
• Deep understanding of SaaS revenue, ARR, retention, CAC payback.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary Finance & Strategy partner to GTM org (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, RevOps).
• Own top-line revenue forecast and supporting operations understanding.
• Build long-range plan and multi-year growth scenarios translating GTM strategy.
• Own GTM investment economics: LTV:CAC, payback by segment, and headcount to pipeline.
• Develop business cases for new segments/geographies/partnerships and assess outcomes.
• Synthesize findings for exec leadership and collaborate with Analytics and RevOps.
