Job summary

Apollo.io is seeking a Finance Strategy Manager, Corporate, focused on FP&A, reporting to the Director of Finance Strategy, Corporate Team. You will own the company’s financial model of record, manage rolling forecasts, balance sheet, and cash flow, and partner with R&D and GA to manage budgets and headcount.

The role requires analytical independence and a focus on building scalable FP&A processes in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience, including at least 2+ years in an FP&A role at a high-growth or dynamic company.
• Strong modeling and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Own monthly and quarterly financial cadences, including close packages and forecast updates
• Lead and maintain consolidated financial forecasts and corporate models
• Deliver recurring and ad hoc financial reporting (e.g., P&L summaries, variance analyses)
• Partner cross-functionally with GA and RD to drive financial accountability, focusing on OPEX and headcount
• Help build scalable planning tools and processes with an eye toward automation
• Contribute to Annual Plan and Long Range Plan processes
• Translate financial results and KPIs into business insights for leadership
