Job summary

You will partner with sales, sales excellence, marketing, comms, Product, Training, and change teams to create a unified and frictionless experience for Visa users.

This role requires strong communication, structured thinking, and cross-functional leadership to translate strategy into clear narratives and enablement materials.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of GTM strategy, enablement, internal communications, or product marketing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience creating internal communications, enablement materials, executive decks, launch plans, or strategic narratives.

Responsibilities

• Define GTM strategies for the customer journey across marketing, sales, and support.
• Develop positioning, messaging, value propositions, and adoption plans.
• Define use cases, value, metrics, and rollout plans for GTM initiatives.
• Oversee tools affecting the user journey and ensure ecosystem consistency.
• Translate GTM strategy into clear narratives and enablement materials.
• Support leadership updates and decision-ready presentations.
• Clarify objectives and audiences for major GTM initiatives.
• Link day-to-day activities to GTM priorities and company goals.
• Coordinate with design for user-centered sales experiences.
• Drive adoption of new motions and reinforce key messages.
