We are seeking Senior Manager, Sales Experience GTM & Strategy to lead Go-to-Market (GTM), enablement and adoption across customer journey. In this role you partner with sales, sales excellence, marketing, comms, Product, Training, and change teams to create a unified and frictionless experience for Visa users. This role is critical to aligning tools, content, and processes that influence user behavior and performance, ensuring consistency, usability, and strategic coherence across the tool's ecosystem.
This role will partner closely with leadership to translate strategy into clear communications, enablement materials, adoption plans, and cross-functional engagement. The right person will be a strong communicator, structured thinker, and operator who can help ensure that strategic GTM initiatives are understood, embraced, and executed consistently across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and other internal teams.
Define and drive GTM strategies for Customer Journey across marketing, sales, and customer service.
Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to develop positioning, messaging, value propositions, and adoption strategies.
Drive GTM and enablement efforts by defining use cases, value, success metrics, and rollout plans.
Own the strategic oversight of user-facing tools impact on the user Journey
Help translate GTM strategy into clear narratives, messaging, and execution materials.
Support the development of strategic plans, leadership updates, internal presentations, and decision-making materials.
Work alongside leadership to clarify objectives, define audiences, and shape the communication approach for major GTM initiatives.
Help connect day-to-day team activities to broader GTM priorities and company goals.
Develop clear, compelling internal communications related to GTM strategy, priorities, launches, initiatives, and updates.
Draft and refine messaging for internal channels such as all-hands meetings, leadership updates, team meetings, email, newsletters, intranet posts, and enablement sessions.
Ensure internal GTM messaging is consistent, timely, audience-specific, and action-oriented.
Translate complex or nuanced strategic topics into simple, field-ready language.
Coordinate with design team to apply user-centered design principles to optimize sales experiences
Champion modular, scalable tooling based on consistent standardized usability testing
Drive automation and personalization of sales tools – maintaining global consistency while respecting regional nuances
Design and run a scalable internal feedback loop that captures insights from GTM teams and translates them into meaningful input for Product and GTM strategy.
Coordinate reporting & analytics to be shared with cross-functional teams for feedback transparency
Serve as a key connection point between internal users, customer-facing teams, and Product to ensure product development is informed by real-world field experience.
Identify patterns in user feedback, customer needs, adoption blockers, and user signals, and turn them into concise, actionable recommendations.
Partner with stakeholders and users to inform roadmap discussions, launch readiness, enablement priorities, and change management plans.
Ensure feedback is not only collected, but synthesized, prioritized, communicated, and closed-looped with the teams who provided it.
Help improve the quality, relevance, and impact of product development by bringing the voice of internal users and customer-facing teams into the right forums at the right time.
Lead change management efforts to transition sellers from legacy tools to new platforms
Collaborate with GTM and Sales Excellence leads to ensure readiness and feedback loops for new releases
Develop & execute communication strategies and standards that resonate with sellers and stakeholders
Drive adoption of GTM priorities, strategic initiatives, new motions, positioning, operating principles, and behavioral changes.
Build adoption plans that help teams understand what is changing, why it matters, and how they should respond.
Identify potential barriers to adoption and develop enablement or communication strategies to address them.
Partner with frontline managers and cross-functional leaders to reinforce key messages and behaviors.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
For roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $152,200.00 to $ 243,700.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
