Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Senior Enablement Leader to guide the Enablement Business Partners across its Go-To-Market teams. You will define how enablement scales, prioritize demand, and drive measurable improvements in customer-facing performance from the field.

You will partner with the Global Head of GTM Enablement and senior leaders to shape investments, build repeatable processes, and embed learning into daily coaching rhythms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of GTM leadership, sales enablement, or related field.
• Experience building and scaling enablement programs across regions.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an Enablement Business Partner strategy aligned with GTM priorities.
• Lead and develop a team of Enablement Business Partners, strengthening consulting and change leadership.
• Establish intake, prioritization, planning, and escalation model balancing strategic priorities with urgent needs.
• Partner with GTM leaders to identify performance gaps and translate into regional plans.
• Coordinate deployment of global programs with manager coaching and reinforcement.
• Use data and business indicators to guide investments and report progress to leadership.
• Build cross-functional partnerships and scalable processes to increase impact.
