Job summary

Commerce is seeking a Senior GTM Enablement Manager to own the design and global execution of seller-facing enablement programs across AEs, SDRs, AMs, CSMs, and managers. You will lead end-to-end enablement strategy, build field-operating systems, and partner with SMEs to translate product and strategy content into effective seller narratives and experiences.

• 6+ years in sales enablement or revenue training in a SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to design and deliver blended enablement programs with measurable behavior change.
• Strong live and virtual facilitation skills for large and small audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end enablement architecture for the revenue org with learning journeys and playbooks.
• Facilitate high-impact live and virtual sessions with real deal scenarios.
• Build manager-first reinforcement tools and coaching kits for sustained adoption.
• Leverage AI to accelerate content creation and production workflows.
• Define and track success metrics (confidence, adoption, narrative usage, win-rate).
• Collaborate with PMM, Product, RevOps, Sales Leadership, and CS Leadership to align enablement with business goals.
