Job summary

Collective is hiring a GTM Engineer to optimize pipeline management, data analytics, and revenue operations across our sales teams. You’ll partner with Sales and Marketing to drive growth and shape the roadmap for our sales motion. AI will be central to improving the systems powering our revenue engine.

A typical project includes evaluating lead routing, testing hypotheses with top AE input, building or implementing solutions, and iterating based on results. Remote-friendly in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Strategy, or Engineering at a high-growth B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on Salesforce expertise; comfortable owning the GTM stack.
• Proven track record improving BDR and AE workflows via hypothesis‑driven testing.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Leadership on lead routing, segmentation, enrichment and analytics to drive double output.
• Own the implementation of the sales toolstack; test new tools and workflows for AE efficiency.
• Governance: control lead flow, messaging, SLA handoffs between sales & marketing.
• Lead high-priority cross-functional GTM initiatives from problem definition through test launch and iteration.
• Design AI-native workflows to reduce manual work and accelerate decisions.
• Collaborate with data teams to operationalize automation across the revenue engine.
