Profound is seeking a GTM Engineer focused on Pre-Sales and Outbound to build the revenue pipeline infrastructure. You will capture signals, qualify leads, and route opportunities to reps, shaping how the Sales function scales.

You will own the full stack—from data ingestion to scoring, routing, and delivery—while experimenting with new platforms and AI tools to stay ahead in a fast-moving environment. This on-site role in NYC offers a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Python or JavaScript and able to build automated data pipelines.
• Experience with GTM workflows or revenue operations.
• Comfort with API integrations and cross-stack collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Scope and map revenue pipeline touchpoints and build routing.
• Develop intent scoring and routing for leads.
• Design automated outbound sequences with personalization.
• Own data ingestion, enrichment, scoring, routing, and delivery.
• Experiment with new platforms and AI-native tools.
• Collaborate with Sales and GTM teams to optimize funnel.
