Profound is hiring for a GTM Associate to drive outbound prospecting and shape how new customers first experience Profound. You will partner with Sales and Marketing to run targeted campaigns and book high-quality meetings, helping to build scalable outbound playbooks in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.

The role is based in NYC, London, or Singapore offices and emphasizes speed, iteration, and impact while providing exposure to a fast-growing AI marketing platform used by leading brands.

Formación

• Experience in outbound sales or SDR roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume outreach with quality and personalization.

Responsabilidades

• Drive outbound initiatives by identifying and engaging high-potential prospects across key industries.
• Execute personalized, structured outreach campaigns to generate qualified meetings and pipeline.
• Manage high-volume outreach with precision while maintaining quality, follow-up, and message consistency.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to refine targeting, messaging, and go-to-market experiments.
• Help shape outbound playbooks and prospecting approaches as the team scales.
