Job summary

OpenTrack is seeking a GTM Engineer to own outbound, build automated sales outreach, and accelerate pipeline growth. You will craft ICPs, design multi-channel sequences, and run the outbound engine with AI-powered tooling.

You will collaborate with Revenue Ops, Solutions Engineering and Product to align with company goals and ensure clean handoffs from outbound to demos and engagements. Nashville HQ focus with global reach.

Qualifications

• Built outbound from scratch with measurable results.
• Proficient with GTM tools like HubSpot CRM.
• Strong knowledge of email deliverability and API usage.
• Able to ship automation with AI and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound end-to-end: define ICP, build target lists, design sequences, run sending infrastructure, pass booked meetings with full context.
• Ensure qualified meetings and pipeline from cold outreach and calculate cost per meeting.
• Build outbound engine as an automated system that improves over time via testing.
• Run LinkedIn outreach and multichannel plays using signals like shipping activity.
• Transform content into personalized outreach across email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Implement lead scoring and enrichment in Clay and the automation stack.
• Manage entry point to HubSpot: booked meetings land with correct record, source, and context.
• Develop agents and LLM-powered tooling where automation overcomes manual work.
• Track outbound performance: reply rates, meetings booked, pipeline created.
• Collaborate with Revenue Ops, Solutions Engineering and Product as a peer build function.
