Job summary

Profound, a fast-growing AI marketing platform, is seeking a GTM Engineer (Post-Sales) in our Union Square, NYC office. You will translate customer lifecycle data into automated workflows that empower engagement managers and account managers to scale retention and growth.

You will build health scoring, expansion signals, renewal risk scoring, and automated business reviews using Gainsight, Salesforce, and LLM-driven workflows to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with post-sales operations and customer lifecycle.
• Strong ability to design data-driven automation and signals.
• Familiarity with Gainsight, Gong, Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Proven ability to build scalable automated workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build automated health scoring across the full book of business.
• Design expansion signal detection to surface upsell opportunities.
• Automate onboarding, usage reviews, and adoption nudges.
• Create renewal risk scoring to flag at-risk accounts early.
• Generate automated business review materials from usage and ROI data.
• Analyze calls to map AI use cases to customer needs and scale them.
• Develop routing for assigning new customers to teams by workload and timezone.
• Build tools and systems the post-sales team can run independently.
