Discern seeks a seasoned GTM operations professional to drive outbound, data signals, and AI-enabled workflows for a fast-growing compliance SaaS. You’ll own deliverability, scale email outreach, and refine CRM-backed processes while partnering with Revenue.

You’ll bring 5+ years in GTM roles, strong SQL/scripting skills, and a track record of automating manual work. This is an on-site role in the United States with competitive compensation and equity.

Formación

• 5+ years in GTM roles (operations, growth, or engineering)
• Hands-on deliverability experience and outbound at volume
• Proficiency in SQL and scripting (JavaScript, Python, or similar)
• Able to automate manual processes and harden fragile systems
• Curious about niche spaces like entity compliance and willing to own ambiguity

Responsabilidades

• Find signals in data across state filings, franchise tax, regulatory filings and licensing to identify companies with real compliance needs and refine scoring.
• Own email infrastructure and deliverability: domains, mailboxes, authentication, warmup, and inbox placement; scale send volume safely.
• Build and harden sales systems: CRM, automations, and research tools; keep them reliable and extensible.
• Turn organic traffic into pipeline: improve analytics, attribution, visitor identification, and lead routing.
• Contribute to GTM strategy and AI-native workflows as we move upmarket.
