Job summary

ReadyOn.AI, an AI-native Labor Operating System, is seeking a GTM Engineering Lead to drive automated outbound/inbound motion. You’ll manage the signals that trigger first meetings with frontline employers and shape enrichment and messaging at scale using Claude, Clay, and HubSpot.

You will collaborate daily with Marketing, Sales, RevOps and Security, codifying successful plays into scalable runbooks and prompts to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• Experience building outbound sequences that scale across large accounts.
• Ability to identify high-value signals such as new facilities or leadership changes.
• Proficient with AI-assisted outreach and CRM systems.
• Strong ownership mindset and collaboration with sales and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Build the Signal-to-Meeting Engine: route signals into end-to-end plays from target accounts to live sequences.
• Own Enrichment and Messaging at Scale: run account, contact and persona tables in Clay, generate messages from Marketing content with Claude and Clay.
• Run Campaigns at a Steady Cadence: launch one-touch, multi-touch and nurture campaigns across email and other channels.
