Job summary

Yuno is seeking a GTM Engineer to join the AI‑driven pre‑sales engine. This role embeds with Solutions Engineers and the pre‑sales team, turning friction points in discovery, demos, and deal cycles into AI‑driven solutions that help prospects understand why Yuno is the right choice.

You will design and build agents, workflows, and integrations touching the full pre‑sales process—from technical discovery and demo prep to RFP/RFI responses and security questionnaires—with a focus on reliability,

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong communication to non‑technical stakeholders.
• +3 years in GTM Engineering, Sales Engineering, or similar hybrid roles.
• Hands‑on automation and AI agents experience (n8n, Zapier, Make, scripts).
• Solid understanding of pre‑sales workflows (discovery, demos, RFPs, POCs).
• Comfort with APIs and system integrations.
• CRM/knowledge management tooling (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• Ability to write scripts or light code for integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automations for the pre‑sales team.
• Map the pre‑sales process end‑to‑end to identify friction points and automation opportunities.
• Automate RFP/RFI responses and security/compliance questionnaires.
• Build tools that speed up technical discovery, demo prep, and POC execution.
• Integrate AI tools with CRM, proposal, and knowledge management systems.
• Prototype quickly, test with Solutions Engineers, and iterate based on usage.
• Train and support the team on adopting new AI tools and workflows.
• Monitor automation performance and optimize reliability and impact.
