Job summary

Somnio in the United States is seeking its first GTM Engineer, a senior software engineer who designs and builds the AI systems, infrastructure and platforms behind our marketing and sales teams. You will study how these teams work, identify bottlenecks and engineer automation to accelerate revenue.

You'll design data pipelines, CRM integrations (HubSpot), and agent-based workflows, with a focus on production-grade LLMs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software or GTM engineering experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python or TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs in production.

Responsibilities

• Map marketing and sales workflows to identify automation opportunities.
• Design, build and run data pipelines, integrations and AI agents.
• Architect agentic and graph-based workflows with clear handoffs.
• Keep HubSpot as the single source of truth with minimal manual entry.
• Create templates, documentation and training for the team.
• Work 100% behind the scenes, impacting the team’s capabilities.
