The ideal candidate blends growth marketing with technical building, comfortable in spreadsheets, API playgrounds, and LLM prompts, and passionate about adopting new AI tools early.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical marketing, growth engineering, or GTM role.
• Hands-on coding ability (Python/JavaScript) to build scripts and lightweight tools.
• Practical experience with LLM APIs and AI agent frameworks beyond off-the-shelf features.
• Strong knowledge of modern RevOps stack and API/iPaaS integrations.
• Growth-minded with a pipeline, conversion, and funnel mindset.
• Bias toward rapid prototyping with discernment on build vs buy vs stop.
• Excellent cross-functional communication translating tech work into business impact.
• Based in the United States and able to work remotely across U.S. time zones.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered workflows across the revenue funnel.
• Create internal tools and lightweight agents to connect marketing tools.
• Pilot and integrate new AI tools into the GTM stack to drive results.
• Own integrations across CRM, marketing automation, data warehouse, and enrichment providers.
• Collaborate with Demand Gen, Field Marketing, and Sales to improve pipeline and personalization.
• Develop AI-assisted content and campaign workflows with stakeholders.
