Job summary

Motive is seeking a GTM Engineer on the Deal Desk team to design and own practical AI-powered workflows that improve how Sales and GTM operate. You will prototype, launch secure production tools, and measure adoption across SMB to Strategic teams.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in Deal Desk or RevOps, plus hands-on tooling, CPQ/CLM mastery, and familiarity with agents, APIs, and Salesforce-native platforms. Strong communication to non-technical stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Deal Desk or RevOps experience in an enterprise setting.
• Experience building AI-enabled internal tools and workflows.
• Familiar with CPQ/CLM platforms and Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Prototype, develop, and scale AI tools for internal Deal Desk use.
• Design robust validation, audits, and fallback rules for compliance.
• Build agents/workflows using Salesforce, Glean, n8n and related tools.
• Create prompts and data workflows for models like Gemini/ChatGPT/Claude.
• Provide end-user training and maintain documentation.
• Balance model performance with compute and token costs.
