Job summary

Bitsight seeks its first GTM Engineer to design and build the infrastructure that turns our go-to-market strategy into repeatable, automated execution. You’ll work at the intersection of engineering, data, and revenue strategy, connecting and automating systems our sales teams rely on daily.

You will evaluate AI-native GTM platforms, own build-vs-buy decisions, and ship scalable workflows that improve accuracy, efficiency, and speed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical business systems, GTM Engineering, RevOps or related applied technical role.
• Strong SQL skills and working proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on API and webhook experience for system integration.
• CRM depth with Salesforce admin/dev-level configuration is a plus.
• Fluency in GTM concepts: ICP, lead scoring, pipeline metrics, attribution, and sales process.
• Experience with workflow/automation tools like Clay, Workato, n8n, Zapier, or equivalent.
• Builder mindset: prefer scalable systems over one-off campaigns.
• Portfolio of shipped work with measurable impact.
• Landscape fluency: track GTM AI tooling ecosystem and make build-vs-buy calls.

Responsibilities

• Support AI-native GTM roadmap and evaluate platforms.
• Build and deploy AI-assisted workflows: account research, transcripts, outreach, and internal tooling.
• Build and maintain GTM automation for enrichment and sequencing.
• Own system integrations: connect Salesforce, Clari, ZoomInfo, Gainsight, Snowflake, Claude.
• Engineer data quality and governance for RevOps, sales, and marketing.
• Partner with Sales and RevOps leadership to translate problems into technical solutions.
• Experiment and iterate: test hypotheses and scale successful solutions.
• Document workflows and integrations for future team use.
