GTM Engineer — AI-Driven Automation

Job summary

Bitsight is hiring its first GTM Engineer to design and build the infrastructure that turns our go-to-market strategy into repeatable, automated execution. You'll sit at the intersection of engineering, data, and revenue strategy, connecting and automating the systems our sales teams rely on every day.

AI-native tools are starting to reshape what's possible in GTM, and you'll own that shift for us: what we adopt, what we build ourselves, and what we walk away from.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical business systems, GTM Engineering, RevOps or related role.
• Strong SQL skills and working proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on API and webhook experience connecting disparate systems.
• CRM depth ideally with Salesforce (admin/dev-level configuration a plus).
• Fluency in GTM concepts: ICP, lead scoring, pipeline metrics, attribution.

Responsibilities

• Support AI-native GTM roadmap; evaluate platforms and lead build-vs-buy vs integrate decisions.
• Build and deploy AI-assisted workflows using LLMs and agentic workflows.
• Build and maintain GTM automation for enrichment, prioritization, sequencing.
• Own system integrations (Salesforce, Clari, ZoomInfo, Gainsight, Snowflake, Claude).
• Engineer data quality, governance: validation, deduplication, enrichment pipelines.
• Partner with Sales and RevOps to translate problems into tech systems; explain tradeoffs.
