Job summary

Refold AI is building an AI integration platform and seeks a GTM engineer to own the RevOps foundation, automations, and growth experiments that turn motion into a repeatable engine. You will architect the GTM stack, from CRM to data pipelines, and own forecasting and revenue reporting.

You will be an early-stage operator, shipping AI-driven workflows, with deep HubSpot chops and a bias for building the right solution over buying off-the-shelf tools. Join a fast-moving, high-ownership team.

Qualifications

• Experience building GTM/RevOps for seed or Series A startups.
• Strong API/no-code automation experience.
• Deep HubSpot knowledge and related pricing/usage experience.
• Experience shipping AI-powered workflows to accelerate a team.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the GTM stack: CRM, lifecycle stages, routing, automation, integrations.
• Ship growth experiments across the funnel: landing pages, onboarding flows, data pipelines.
• Instrument the funnel end to end: dashboards and actionable protocols.
• Own forecasting, pipeline, and revenue reporting trusted by Sales, Marketing, Finance.
• Automate manual GTM ops using AI agents and workflows.
• Partner with founders, sales, and marketing to ship distributed systems.
