Job summary

Campfire is seeking an AI GTM Engineer / Marketing Operations leader to scale our go-to-market engine. You will own the marketing and revenue tech stack end-to-end, applying automation and integrations to support GTM motion and drive adoption across Sales and Marketing.

You will partner with GTM teams to surface gaps, design scalable solutions, and build foundational revenue systems from the ground up in a startup environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in GTM Engineering, Marketing Operations, GTM Operations, Revenue/Sales Operations, or similar technical operations at a scaling SaaS/tech company.
• Strong technical skills with familiarity in CRM systems (Salesforce or HubSpot) and automation tools.
• Meticulous attention to data quality and consistency across systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize core GTM workflows, automations, and systems from idea to execution.
• Maintain and integrate across the revenue tech stack ensuring data integrity and automation across tools.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, build specs, and roadmaps.
