Job summary

Finix is seeking a GTM Engineer in San Francisco to lead the design and optimization of revenue operations infrastructure. You’ll own HubSpot workflows, data pipelines, and AI-enabled GTM tooling to improve lead routing, attribution, and reporting.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in RevOps or Growth Ops within a high-growth SaaS environment, deep HubSpot expertise, and hands-on experience with AI-driven workflows and API integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in RevOps or related SaaS operations within a high-growth environment.
• Expert-level HubSpot experience: workflows, audience segments, API connectors.
• Proficient with AI-native GTM tooling and agent frameworks.
• Comfortable with APIs, automation, and low-code workflows.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Rebuild and optimize GTM systems across Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships.
• Own HubSpot architecture, automation, attribution, enrichment, routing, and reporting.
• Design scalable lead lifecycle infrastructure and source classification.
• Create and maintain GTM data pipelines across paid ads, CRM, product, and third‑party tools.
• Build API integrations between internal systems and external vendors.
• Deploy AI-native workflows and agents across prospecting, enrichment, routing, and campaigns.
• Identify repetitive workflows and automate them end-to-end.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Engineering on GTM strategy.
• Document systems, processes, and best practices across the GTM organization.
