Job summary

Pursuit is hiring a GTM Engineer for a fast-growing, AI-native B2B SaaS company in downtown Manhattan. You’ll design systems, data and AI workflows to help the go-to-market team find, win and grow accounts. About 70% of the work is AI/LLM-driven and 30% is HubSpot.

This hands-on role requires building with Claude or similar LLMs, deploying automations via APIs, and owning the GTM stack including HubSpot, Clay and Lemlist. You’ll partner with Sales, Marketing and CS to scale successful plays.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience, including 3+ in GTM engineering, RevOps, growth engineering or a similar technical ops role.
• Heavy, hands-on use of Claude or other LLMs, and you’ve built and deployed automations using APIs.
• Proof of results you can point to, like pipeline created, hours saved or conversion lifted.
• A solid grasp of how B2B sales and marketing teams operate.
• Bonus: early or founding GTM hire at a startup, Clay/Lemlist experience, custom GTM dashboards, SQL.

Responsibilities

• Connect website, intent, event and market data to score high-fit accounts.
• Automate prospecting: enrichment, contact sourcing, scoring and personalized outreach.
• Build AI workflows with LLMs, agents and APIs for account research, meeting prep and follow-up.
• Give CS early visibility into customer health and expansion opportunities.
• Own the GTM stack (HubSpot, Clay, Lemlist), including integrations, data flows and data quality.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and CS to test new plays, measure results and scale what works.
