Job summary

Taktile is seeking a GTM Engineer in New York to design and operate the systems that power our revenue engine. You will own metrics around increasing sales efficiency, sitting at the intersection of data, automation, and commercial strategy.

You will work cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Product to translate technical detail into measurable business outcomes and scale GTM infrastructure across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of GTM data flows and revenue tooling.
• Experience architecting data pipelines for sales and marketing.
• Ability to translate technical details into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Architect intelligent alert systems for high‑intent signals.
• Build automated revenue systems across BD, Sales and CS.
• Create scalable GTM data pipelines into HubSpot, Clay and Snowflake.
• Run end‑to‑end experiments from hypothesis to measurement.
