Job summary

Smartcat is seeking an analytical GTM Operations Manager to build and improve systems powering the go-to-market organization. The role spans Sales and Customer Operations, delivering practical, AI-enabled workflows and scalable processes across pre-sale and post-sale motions.

You will partner with GTM leaders to identify gaps, translate needs into scalable solutions, and drive visibility and execution across the customer lifecycle. Strong AI fluency and CRM expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Revenue/ Sales/ Customer Operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience across pre-sale and post-sale motions with leads, forecasting, territories, renewals, and expansion.
• Strong practical fluency with generative AI and automation tools.
• CRM workflow automation, lifecycle stages, reporting, data quality, and integrations.
• Ability to translate business goals into practical operational solutions and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM teams to solve operational challenges across the customer lifecycle.
• Use AI, automation, and data-driven insights to improve workflows and reduce manual work.
• Deliver clear reporting and forecasting to inform planning and decisions.
• Support CRM improvements, Deal Desk, territories, and GTM tooling initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional projects from definition to implementation and adoption.
• Develop expertise in GTM technology and scalable AI-enabled workflows.
