Job summary

Mutiny is seeking a Head of GTM to bring its AI-powered GTM platform to millions of users. You will own revenue end-to-end from first touch to retention and shape company brand and culture.

The role is in person in New York City, five days a week, and you will build the AI infrastructure that redefines how GTM teams operate. You’ll lead revenue, marketing, and GTM engineering, hire top GTM talent, and drive pricing and expansion strategy to close enterprise deals and expand customer adoption.

Qualifications

• You're a savant at breaking through noise and building a demand engine from scratch.
• You simplify tangled funnels, bloated roadmaps, or messy orgs to find the one move that matters.
• You are hands-on and enjoy tinkering to understand how everything works.
• You pursue outcomes relentlessly and aim to be #1 in your space.

Responsibilities

• Revenue: own PLG self-serve, sales-led motion, pipeline, ARR, retention and expansion.
• Marketing: build the engine from zero to inevitable and hire the team.
• GTM engineering: create an agent-powered growth stack to out-ship a larger team.
• Sales and CX: own pricing, evaluation, expansion strategy and adoption.
• The team: hire top GTM talent and foster a winners' culture.
• The story: shape market understanding of category-defining AI products for GTM.
