Job summary

CLEAR is building the secure identity platform of the future. We seek a GTM Engineer to scale systems powering CLEAR’s B2B go-to-market engine. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to reduce friction and drive revenue growth.

You’ll own revenue systems architecture, integrate multiple tools, and prototype AI-driven workflows to improve data quality, forecast accuracy, and efficiency across the GTM stack. This role is based in NYC with a 5-day in-office expectation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in GTM Engineering or Revenue Ops in a high-growth environment.
• Hands-on with Salesforce, automation platforms, APIs, and data tools.
• Ability to translate business problems into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize GTM workflows with automation and AI.
• Own and evolve revenue systems architecture across Salesforce and GTM tech stack.
• Prototype and deploy AI-enabled solutions to automate manual work.
• Design data flows connecting Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Partner with GTM leaders to identify bottlenecks and scale solutions.
