Job summary

Vega Claims in New York is seeking a GTM Engineer to build the technical infrastructure behind our revenue motion. This hands-on role spans CRM as the system of record, data integrations, and automations using Claude Code and other AI tools.

You will own account mapping, signals for sales outreach, and end-to-end workflows with Clay/Apollo, APIs, and webhooks, partnering with Sales leadership to accelerate multi-quarter GTM programs.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and data integration.
• Shipped automations for GTM/RevOps.
• Experience building or connecting core GTM systems + live sales reporting.
• Built with LLMs or AI agents in day-to-day work.
• Treat GTM systems as a product owned end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Map the market and keep accounts and buying committee data enriched for reps to multi-thread from day one.
• Build signals for the right moment to reach out (leadership changes, growth, renewals, RFPs).
• Power field GTM: targeting, prioritization, and follow-up automation.
• Create nurture & re-engagement workflows for long-cycle markets.
