Job summary

WorkWhile seeks a strategic GTM Engineer to drive AI-powered revenue operations, automate GTM workflows, and optimize the end-to-end sales funnel. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Data Science to scale the revenue engine and improve forecasting accuracy.

You will own the tech stack, refine territory design, and build real-time dashboards across Salesforce, BigQuery, and BI tools to drive data-informed decisions in a fast-growing, hybrid-work environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in RevOps, GTM Strategy, or Sales Ops in a fast-growing B2B SaaS or tech marketplace environment.
• Deep hands-on experience with AI/automation tools in a RevOps context.
• Advanced Salesforce administration/architecture and Excel/Sheets modeling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale AI-driven GTM workflows across top-of-funnel and full lifecycle motions.
• Own GTM tech stack integration and data syncing for pipeline automation.
• Lead planning, capacity modeling, quota allocation, and territory design with leadership.
• Build dashboards and ensure data hygiene across systems for real-time visibility.
