Job summary

Bitsight is hiring its first GTM Engineer to design and build the infrastructure that turns our go‑to‑market strategy into repeatable, automated execution. You’ll sit at the intersection of engineering, data, and revenue strategy, connecting and automating the systems our sales teams rely on daily.

AI‑native tools are reshaping GTM, and you’ll own that shift for us. This role partners with Sales and RevOps to translate business problems into technical solutions, build AI‑assisted workflows, and

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical business
• Experience translating business problems into technical systems
• Familiarity with AI-native GTM tools (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Support our AI-native GTM roadmap: evaluate platforms and perform build-vs-buy-vs-integrate analyses; migrate off legacy solutions as better AI-native options emerge.
• Build and deploy AI-assisted workflows for tasks like account research, call/transcript analysis, personalized outreach, and internal tooling.
• Design scalable GTM automation workflows for enrichment, prioritization, and sequencing that scale without manual intervention.
• Own system integrations, connecting Salesforce, Clari, ZoomInfo, Gainsight, Snowflake, and Claude so data flows cleanly across the stack.
• Engineer data quality and governance pipelines trusted by RevOps, sales, and marketing.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales and RevOps to translate business problems into technical systems and explain tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders.
• Document workflows and integrations so others can understand, trust, and extend them.
