Job summary

New Relic, Inc. is seeking a GTM AI Engineer to help build AI-powered revenue ops and automate GTM workflows across SLG, Expansion, and PLG teams.

You will contribute to the Revenue Velocity engine, identify friction, and build infrastructure to convert product signals into actions. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Accounts to design scalable pipelines, maintain data hygiene, and connect GTM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Marketo.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in GTM systems, revenue operations, or sales architecture at a fast-moving company.
• Built or supported systems powering sales pipelines and lifecycle ops.
• Hands-on automation with webhooks, APIs, or low-code platforms.
• Experience designing marketing campaigns and lead nurturing strategies.
• Collaboration with technical and non-technical teams to solve problems.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and curiosity.
• Familiar with Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, Marketo, Clay; SQL for data insights.
• Data integrity across sales/marketing tools through validation and deduplication.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain opportunity management, handoffs, forecasting, and post-sales workflows.
• Identify funnel gaps and optimize from first meeting to renewal.
• Deploy AI-native automations for next-best actions and timely follow-ups.
• Enrich CRM data and ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Test, monitor, and troubleshoot GTM workflows to minimize drag.
• Collaborate with Sales, Accounts, and Marketing to translate needs into tech solutions.
• Integrate disparate GTM tools into a cohesive stack and scale it.
• Turn high-level GTM goals into reliable, scalable workflows.
