Job summary

New Relic, Inc. is seeking a GTM AI Engineer to help build the AI-powered revenue acceleration stack. You will work across Sales, Expansion, and PLG teams to automate workflows and remove friction in the customer lifecycle.

You will implement systems for opportunity management, forecasting, and post-sales processes, while collaborating with technical and business teams to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in GTM systems, revenue operations, or sales architecture at a fast-moving company.
• Built or supported systems powering sales pipelines, post-sale processes, and customer lifecycle ops.
• Hands-on experience building automations via webhooks, APIs, or low-code platforms.
• Proven experience designing and executing marketing campaigns, personalized outreach, and lead nurturing strategies.
• Enjoy collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams to translate operational needs into clean system design.
• Innate curiosity, hands-on experimentation, and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Deep familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, Marketo, Clay.

Responsibilities

• Systems & Automations: Build and maintain systems powering opportunity management, sales handoffs, forecasting, and post-sales workflows.
• Process Optimization: Identify gaps, fix edge cases, ensure the funnel runs smoothly and intelligently.
• AI-Native Automation: Deploy automations that surface next-best actions and improve deal velocity.
• Data Hygiene & Enrichment: Maintain data quality across CRM records.
• Workflow Testing & Monitoring: Test, monitor, and troubleshoot automated GTM workflows to minimize drag.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Accounts, and Marketing to translate needs into solutions.
• Stack Evolution: Integrate GTM tools into a cohesive stack and scale it.
• Execution: Turn GTM goals into reliable, scalable workflows.
