Engine is seeking a GTM Engineer to build and support internal AI-powered tools that accelerate go-to-market teams. You will collaborate with senior engineers, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to deliver features that streamline pipeline generation and deal execution.

Ideal candidates are early-career builders excited about AI, eager to learn revenue operations, and capable of turning practical business needs into working tools.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in software development, technical operations, or solutions engineering.
• Foundational understanding of sales and marketing funnels (leads, pipeline stages, renewals, and revenue metrics).
• Experience with enrichment tools like Clay, Zapier, or Make.
• Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication with non-technical stakeholders.
• Curiosity about how modern AI tooling integrates with enterprise systems.
• Bonus: exposure to CRM and revenue platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Workato, or n8n.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building and maintaining internal AI tools and automations for GTM workflows.
• Implement defined features and improvements across the GTM tech stack under senior guidance.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, and RevOps to gather requirements and troubleshoot workflows.
• Automate routine funnel tasks such as lead routing, enrichment, and pipeline updates.
• Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code for team adoption.
• Monitor tools, fix bugs, and evaluate new AI platforms, APIs, and low-code integrations.
