Job summary

OpenGov is seeking a GTM Engineer within the Applied AI team to redesign revenue workflows with AI-native signal-to-action across SDR outbound, AE pipelines, and CSM renewals.

You will own in-house revenue systems, partner with sales leadership and RevOps, and build solutions from problem discovery to adoption, focusing on measurable pipeline and renewal outcomes in an AI-driven revenue operation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and operating agents for revenue workflows.
• Experience using AI tools in a professional context.
• Production experience with agents, including evaluation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI-native signal-to-action layer for Sales and RevOps.
• Design end-to-end GTM workflows, integrations, and automations.
• Serve as product owner for in-house revenue systems.
• Define oversight gates and human review for agents.
• Monitor production agent activity and measure impact on pipeline.
