Job summary

OpenTrack is seeking a GTM Engineer to own outbound, build an automated engine, and drive pipeline for our AI-enabled logistics platform. You will define ICPs, design sequences, manage multi-channel outreach, and ensure data flows into HubSpot with correct context.

You’ll work autonomously in a fast-moving, flat organization, using Clay, HubSpot, and tools like Instantly, Apollo, Smartlead, and HeyReach to scale personalized outreach and improve reply rates and meetings booked.

Qualifications

• Has built outbound from scratch and can show numbers (meetings booked, pipeline, reply rates, cost per meeting)
• Hands-on experience with Clay and tools like Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, or HeyReach
• Expert experience with GTM systems like Hubspot CRM
• Deep knowledge of email deliverability, including domain setup, warm-up, and sender reputation
• Comfortable using APIs, webhooks, and AI tooling to research, enrich, qualify, and personalize at scale
• Genuine interest in building AI-driven automations over manual processes
• Strong written communication and ability to set voice with founders/marketing
• Able to work autonomously as an individual contributor in a fast-moving org
• Bonus: experience selling into logistics or enterprise B2B

Responsibilities

• Own outbound end-to-end: define ICPs, build target lists, design sequences, and manage outreach
• Qualify meetings and pipeline from cold outreach; compute cost per meeting
• Build an automated outbound engine that learns and improves over time
• Run LinkedIn outreach and multichannel plays with triggers like shipping activity and news
• Convert content into personalized outreach across email, LinkedIn, and channels
• Implement lead scoring and enrichment in Clay and automation stack
• Manage CRM entry points to HubSpot for booked meetings
• Develop AI-powered tooling to replace manual steps
• Track outbound performance: reply rates, meetings booked, pipeline created
