Job summary

Heidi is seeking a GTM Engineer to design and own scalable systems for lead generation, prospecting, routing, and AI-driven GTM workflows. You’ll work at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, reporting to the VP of Marketing.

The role involves building data models, lifecycle workflows, and integrations across RevOps tools, with experimentation and ownership of outcomes and numbers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in GTM Engineering, Marketing or Revenue Operations, Growth Engineering, or similar technical GTM role.
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, and data integrations.
• Experience using LLMs and AI APIs to build GTM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build lead-generation engine: automated research, segmentation, personalization, prospecting, enrichment workflows, signal-based campaigns.
• Engineer lists and sequences across email, call, and LinkedIn.
• Manage AI agents connecting CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, sales engagement, and analytics systems.
