Heidi Health seeks a GTM Engineer to build AI-powered workflows that accelerate marketing, sales, and customer success. You’ll report to the VP of Marketing and treat GTM as an engineering problem, delivering scalable solutions.

You’ll own projects across lead generation, enrichment, routing, sequences, and AI integrations, connect GTM stacks via APIs, and run experiments to measure impact in a fast-moving health-tech environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of GTM Engineering or similar technical GTM role.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and data workflows.
• Proficient with HubSpot and Clay; familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Experience using LLMs and AI APIs to build GTM workflows.
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS funnels and lead management.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with experimentation.

Aufgaben

• Build our lead-generation engine with automated research, segmentation, personalization, prospecting, and enrichment workflows.
• Engineer lists and sequences across email, call, and LinkedIn.
• Manage a team of AI agents connecting CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, sales engagement, and analytics systems.
• Build HubSpot data models, lifecycle workflows, routing, and funnel reporting.
• Map clinicians, practices, and provider groups to identify buying groups and clean data.
• Connect GTM stacks using APIs, webhooks, automation platforms, and lightweight code.
• Run experiments, measure results, and scale the systems that work.
