Job summary

Uncapped is seeking a GTM Engineer to own outbound end-to-end—from sending infrastructure and deliverability to the data that decides who we reach. You will build a multi-channel outbound engine using Clay, signals, enrichment, CRM data and light scripting, aligning with SDRs, AEs, RevOps and Partnerships to create scalable plays.

This is a build-from-the-ground-up role focused on transforming an underperforming motion into a cohesive engine across the US, Canada and Europe, with

Qualifications

• 4+ years in GTM, growth, RevOps or sales development operations.
• Deliverability-literate: explain domains/mailboxes and monitor placement.
• Hands-on with Clay (or similar), a sequencer, a CRM and enrichment/intent providers.
• Technical: comfortable with SQL, APIs, webhooks and light scripting for GTM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound end-to-end for Uncapped, from sending infrastructure to data-driven targeting.
• Build and optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns (cold email, LinkedIn, signals).
• Develop ICP models, scoring, and segmentation for high-intent accounts.
• Equip SDRs with tooling, playbooks and data insights to maximize funnel efficiency.
• Own GTM stack integrations (CRM, sequencing, enrichment, intent).
• Track and improve performance from send to pipeline via experiments.
