Job summary

Uncapped is building a multi-channel outbound engine to reach high-intent founders across the US, Canada and Europe. You will own outbound end-to-end, from sending infrastructure and deliverability to ICP modeling, enrichment and data-driven targeting, working with SDRs, AEs, RevOps and Partnerships to plug plays into the engine.

You will leverage Clay or similar tools, sequencers, a CRM and enrichment/intent providers, with SQL and light scripting to support GTM workflows, and you will drive

Qualifications

• You have built and run outbound campaigns end to end with tooling, sending volumes, deliverability setup, replies and meetings.
• You can explain how you'd structure domains and mailboxes, monitor placement and respond to dips.
• Hands-on with Clay (or similar), a sequencing tool, a CRM, and enrichment/intent providers; know which are best-in-class.
• You are comfortable with SQL, APIs and light scripting to design GTM flows.
• You care about craft and impact, not just output, and you collaborate well with SDRs and AEs.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound end-to-end for Uncapped, from sending infrastructure to data-driven reach decisions.
• Build ICP models, scoring frameworks and segmentation logic for high-intent accounts.
• Enable SDRs with tooling, playbooks and data insights to maximize efficiency.
• Own and unify the GTM stack (CRM, sequencing, enrichment, intent) into one system.
• Track and optimize the full journey from send to pipeline via experimentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with SDRs, AEs, RevOps and Partnerships.
