Job summary

RingCentral, Inc. is seeking a Go-to-Market Engineer to own the optimization and automation of our outbound pipeline and inbound lead funnel. You will architect automated workflows, centralize data flows, and scale GTM systems across 55 XDRs, driving measurable pipeline growth.

In this role you will audit the GTM stack, ship 2-3 sales plays, and set baseline reporting. Expect to increase meeting rates, generate multi-million incremental pipeline, and optimize resources with a modern GTM

Qualifications

3–5+ years in B2B SaaS GTM systems/RevOps/SalesOps.
Proven success building outbound pipeline engines that impact revenue.
Proficiency in GTM tooling and data layers (Clay, Claude Code, n8n, Apollo).
Strong API, webhook, and CRM architecture knowledge.

Responsibilities

Outbound Pipe Generation: run 20+ high-intent campaigns per quarter; optimize GTM tools and workflows.
Inbound Funnel Orchestration: automate inbound capture, scoring, routing to reps or AI agents; align marketing with scoring models.
Reporting & Business Impact: build dashboards to track conversion, pipeline contribution, and efficiency; run experiments for optimization.
