Job summary

OpenLoop is seeking an Enablement Specialist, Go-To-Market Readiness to ensure product launches and changes reach Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation teams accurately and on time. You'll own buildout of documentation and training that teams can act on, applying OpenLoop's enablement frameworks.

You'll collaborate with Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Engineering to gather inputs, draft content, and ensure consistency across GTM materials, Confluence, and training assets.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a revenue-generating or B2B customer-facing role.
• Strong written communication, able to simplify complex information.
• Proactive in asking questions and following through to answers.
• Excellent organizational skills with multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create Confluence docs, develop eLearning with Articulate and EasyLlama.
• Conduct discovery interviews with SMEs to capture changes for revenue teams.
• Apply enablement frameworks to product launches for consistency.
• Update Confluence content and training materials as programs evolve.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate enablement deliverables.
• Track progress in the team system and communicate updates.
