Job summary

OpenLoop is seeking an Enablement Specialist, Go-To-Market Readiness to ensure launches and changes reach Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation teams accurately and on time. You will build and maintain enablement content that translates complex product updates into actionable guidance.

In this revenue-facing role, you’ll conduct discovery with experts, apply enablement frameworks, and collaborate with Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Engineering to keep our knowledge base current

Qualifications

• Experience in a revenue-generating or B2B customer-facing role.
• Strong written communication to translate complex information into clear content.
• Comfort asking questions, chasing down answers, and following through without waiting for perfect instructions.
• Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks against deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support product and program launches by building Confluence documentation, eLearning courses, and quick-reference guides.
• Conduct discovery interviews with subject matter experts to gather launch details and translate into clear content.
• Apply enablement frameworks to ensure launches follow a consistent, repeatable approach.
• Own updates to existing programs and products, updating Confluence and training materials.
• Keep GTM content organized and current in Confluence, flagging outdated information.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Revenue Enablement, and Product Engineering to review drafts and ensure accuracy.
