Qualifications

• 4+ years in GTM enablement, product enablement, sales enablement, enablement operations, or related role in B2B tech.
• Experience owning product enablement programs including launches, training, and field communications.
• Experience building product training for Sales or GTM audiences.
• Strong written communications and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the product enablement engine and work with Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing to understand changes and build practical field enablement.
• Own GTM readiness for product launches and major changes, from intake through launch with training, communications, and resource publication.
• Build and maintain product training curricula in LMS and Content Hub for clear learning paths.
• Run live enablement sessions, coordinate SMEs, and facilitate demos and workshops.
• Measure readiness, identify gaps, and close them using feedback and knowledge checks.
