Copado is seeking a Sr. Manager, GTM Enablement to design, build, and operate an end-to-end enablement program. You will own programs that prepare the GTM org for launches and ensure effectiveness in daily activities.

The role reports to the VP of Global GTM Strategy & Operations and leads a small team dedicated to turning enablement into a durable system. The role emphasizes coaching, selling methodology, and tech-enabled execution, with cross-functional partnership across Sales, Product

Formación

• 8–10 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, sales management, and/or go-to-market strategy.
• Demonstrated success building or scaling an enablement function inside a B2B SaaS or enterprise software company.
• Working knowledge of sales methodologies and coaching frameworks with situational adaptability.
• Experience operating enablement tech stack including LMS, CRM, and coaching tools.
• People leadership experience, with ability to guide a small team and grow careers.
• Track record tying enablement work to pipeline, win-rate, or productivity outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Build and operate the enablement program end to end from needs assessment through rollout and measurement.
• Lead GTM readiness for major launches with cross-functional collaboration.
• Own the sales methodology and coaching framework for consistent field execution.
• Define and govern the GTM technology stack and user adoption.
• Define metrics to prove program impact and report to GTM leadership.
• Hire, lead, and develop a small enablement team for scale.
• Oversee onboarding and certification for sales and customer-facing roles.
