Job summary

OpenLoop is seeking an Enablement Specialist, Go-To-Market Readiness to coordinate product launches and ensure all teams receive accurate, actionable enablement content. You will build documentation and training materials that translate complex changes into practical guidance for Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Clinical Program Operations, and Engineering to gather details, apply enablement frameworks, and keep Confluence and training assets current

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in revenue-generating or B2B customer-facing roles.
• Strong written communication; ability to translate complex information into plain language.
• Proactive, curious, and able to follow through without waiting for perfect instructions.
• Excellent organization and deadline management.

Responsibilities

• Support product and program launches; build Confluence docs and eLearning courses.
• Conduct discovery interviews with SMEs and translate learnings into content.
• Apply enablement frameworks for consistent launches.
• Own updates to existing programs and Confluence docs.
• Keep GTM content organized and current; flag outdated information.
• Track work and deadlines; close loop with stakeholders when updates go live.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Revenue Enablement, Clinical Program Operations, and Product Engineering to review drafts.
• Ensure consistent, accurate information across customer-facing teams.
