Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing enablement platforms (Mindtickle or similar) in enterprise environments.
• Comfort advising admins and stakeholders with varying levels of seniority.
• Familiarity with digital adoption platforms (Whatfix or WalkMe) at a functional level.
• Experience with Salesforce as it relates to enablement tool integrations.

Responsibilities

• Platform operations: handle daily tasks, content stewardship, user access, and hygiene.
• Governance and best practices: enforce naming conventions and content health.
• Strategic platform support: advise on configuration, feature use, and program design.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to scale enablement programs globally.
