Qualifications

• Experience in instructional design and enablement programs.
• Ability to design onboarding curricula, certification programs, and learning paths.
• Experience with AI-enabled content development, LMS platforms, and partner enablement tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose performance gaps and design scalable enablement solutions.
• Develop onboarding and certification programs for GTM teams.
• Create content and trainings for sales, channel, and partner enablement.
• Measure program effectiveness with defined metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Channel, Product Marketing and Enablement leadership.
