Job summary

LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) seeks a Global Enablement Lead to design and lead scalable enablement programs that empower customer-facing teams to accelerate value, improve sales effectiveness, and drive growth. You will partner across functions to define priorities, translate problems into strategic plans, and build measurable, reusable enablement assets.

You are a strategic problem solver who uses data to drive decisions, balancing global needs with local variations.

Qualifications

• Basic qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, communications, engineering, product management, education or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience leading complex multi-stakeholder programs.
• 5+ years of combined experience in Enablement, Sales, Sales Management, Strategy & Operations, Change Management, Consulting, or Learning & Development.
• Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree and demonstrated strategic planning ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategy, execution and impact assessment for large-scale enablement programs.
• Translate business problems into enablement plans with cross-functional partners.
• Leverage data to uncover insights for global enablement with local adaptations.
• Collaborate with Go To Market Enablement and other teams to align goals and interdependencies.
• Develop high-quality enablement content with SMEs and measurable outcomes.
• Analyze metrics and drive ongoing iteration and improvement.
• Create change management and communication strategies to boost adoption.
• Communicate regularly with leadership through reviews and strategy narratives.
• Anticipate challenges and resolve them proactively in an agile environment.
