Job summary

Genetec is seeking a GTM Enablement Manager to design and deliver learning and readiness programs that boost productivity across the go-to-market organization. This role combines instructional design, performance consulting, and enablement program management to ensure teams and partners have the skills, knowledge, and resources needed to succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience in GTM enablement, instructional design, and performance consulting.
• Ability to translate complex product and market information into engaging learning experiences.
• Familiarity with AI-powered content development and learning technologies.
• Experience with partner ecosystems and channel enablement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify performance gaps and design scalable enablement solutions.
• Design onboarding curricula, certification programs, learning paths, and role-based training.
• Develop instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning content plus reinforcement activities.
• Measure program effectiveness with metrics beyond completion, including time-to-productivity and adoption.
• Establish governance for enablement content and leverage AI-powered automation where possible.
• Manage onboarding and continuous learning journeys for employees and partners.
• Define success metrics and continuously refine programs based on feedback and outcomes.
